Disclaimer & Scope of Practice

What Curai offers
Curai provides non‑clinical guidance for life transitions. Sessions are not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment or legal advice, and are not a substitute for such care.

How I work

  • Conversation and body‑based practices.

  • Simple rituals and reflective exercises; quiet, grounded presence and deep listening.

  • Online or offline. One‑to‑one, confidential.

  • Where appropriate, I may refer you to other professionals.

What I do not do

  • I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental‑health conditions.

  • I do not prescribe, provide clinical interventions or offer legal/financial advice.

  • My work does not replace medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic care.

Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your own health, decisions and actions. If you have medical or psychological concerns, please consult a suitably qualified professional. My work is a complement, not a replacement, for clinical or emergency support.

Boundaries & consent
We agree together on pace and focus. You can pause or stop at any time. I may decline or discontinue sessions if the work is outside scope or not appropriate.

Confidentiality
Sessions are private and confidential. I do not record sessions and keep minimal notes. I will only share information with your explicit consent or if required by law or to prevent serious harm.

For executives & professionals
No recording. Minimal notes. Neutral invoices (“Curai”). No employer reporting. NDA available on request.
