Curai provides non‑clinical guidance for life transitions. Sessions are not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment or legal advice, and are not a substitute for such care.
How I work
Conversation and body‑based practices.
Simple rituals and reflective exercises; quiet, grounded presence and deep listening.
Online or offline. One‑to‑one, confidential.
Where appropriate, I may refer you to other professionals.
What I do not do
I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental‑health conditions.
I do not prescribe, provide clinical interventions or offer legal/financial advice.
My work does not replace medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic care.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your own health, decisions and actions. If you have medical or psychological concerns, please consult a suitably qualified professional. My work is a complement, not a replacement, for clinical or emergency support.
Boundaries & consent
We agree together on pace and focus. You can pause or stop at any time. I may decline or discontinue sessions if the work is outside scope or not appropriate.
Confidentiality
Sessions are private and confidential. I do not record sessions and keep minimal notes. I will only share information with your explicit consent or if required by law or to prevent serious harm.
For executives & professionals
No recording. Minimal notes. Neutral invoices (“Curai”). No employer reporting. NDA available on request.
